REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, BlazeLocker reserves the right to refuse all returns.

*At this time, our return policy has been updated to allow customers to cancel all unshipped orders at any time for a full refund. If you wish to cancel or have any questions, please contact customer service at info@BlazeLocker.com


If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your order.  You will need to also provide proof of this.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

We do not offer refunds to accidental purchases after the product has been shipped (this means when you have received the tracking number)

 

If your delivery status says "Delivered" that means the package has been delivered.

If the delivery was failed after many attempts of delivering to your house (2+), we will NOT issue a refund. We will attempt to get the package redelivered instead.
